We advise that you please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this Website.
These Terms & Conditions explain your rights and obligations and will apply to all visits and use of this Website.
1. Deliveries
1.1 Delivery time is in excess to stated dispatch times.
1.2 Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
1.3 Please note that we only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We may block postcodes at our discretion for security purposes, we will advise you of this when entering your postcode into your account.
1.4 We offer royal mail tracked postage, options can be seen at checkout. Tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.
1.5 Whilst Daffodil Dreams makes considerable effort to deliver all your products within the time periods agreed we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.
2. Refunds/Returns
2.1 Within 48 Hours of receipt of the shipment, the Customer shall notify the Company in writing of any shortages, defects, or damage which the Customer claims existed at the time of delivery.
2.2 Nothing within these terms alters or attempts to alter a Customers statutory rights or those expressed or implied by law.
2.3 Refunds will NOT be issued unless an order exceeds the stated 21 working days dispatch time, if this shall happen a refund request needs to be made in writing to hello@daffodildreams.uk
2.4 Due to personalisation options items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect, in which you have 48 hours to notify Daffodil Dreams of such errors.
3. Dispatch times
3.1 Dispatch time is up to 21 working days, unless Daffodil Dreams has agreed an alternative timeframe in writing.
